I do not have a DVD drive on this computer. Is there a digital version available?

Surprisingly enough, I can't find a digital version of Business Card Factory Deluxe on its official website. Furthermore, a DVD drive is specified in the tool's system requirements, so there may actually not be a downloadable version. Nevertheless, it would be best if you communicated with the developers directly using one of the solutions on this web page: http://www.novadevelopment.com/support/customer_service/index.html and ask them if you could get a digital version instead.
In case you end up needing an alternative, you might want to check up Business Card Designer Plus, which does have a downloadable version.
No, the application won't run on Windows 10. Officially, you can install the application only on Windows XP, Vista, 7 or and Windows 8. However, that doesn't mean you can't try to install it in Compatibility mode. If you have the product, right click the installer and go to Properties > Compatibility. Select one of the above versions of Windows and launch the installation. It's possible it should work this way.
If you don't have it, contact the developer and ask him about compatibility with Windows 10.
